Self Esteem is an interesting component of our persona; In fact, it is a HUGE component!
Funny thing about it is that it requires no special skill, no special aptitude, no supremacy in any human endeavor. It only requires one thing and that harkens back to Biblical admonitions and Ancient Grecian dictates

Such a simple premise yet so few adopt it. One individual in particular comes to mind who fits that mold exactly, She has never invented anything, has never been a captain of industry, has never solved world hunger, never was a star athlete, not anything that would set her apart from anyone else – save one feature:
She understands herself perfectly, therefore has a high ‘self Esteem’ and is one of the best adjusted person you will ever meet. She ‘Knows Herself’! You can, too High Self Esteem permeates every aspect of your persona you don’t have to prove anything to anyone. Because of that one feature every aspect of your life is favorably impacted.,
